About the Role: Team Leader
As a Team Leader at Dollarama Oshawa, your day will revolve around supervising associates, overseeing store merchandising and shelf stocking, and handling daily shipments. You’ll also take on manager-on-duty responsibilities, including monitoring breaks, tracking time and attendance, and performing store opening and closing duties as needed.

Responsibilities
As a Team Leader at Dollarama, you’ll be at the centre of store operations — directing associates, managing merchandise flow, and maintaining the high standards customers expect. These responsibilities span everything from the sales floor to the back room, making this a well-rounded leadership role.
- Lead and supervise store associates by providing day-to-day guidance, support, and direction
- Oversee merchandising tasks including shelf stocking, product boxing and unboxing, and daily shipment handling
- Ensure customer service standards are consistently met and address complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Perform manager-on-duty tasks such as managing daily breaks, monitoring time and attendance
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with Dollarama’s company strategy
- Uphold store safety and cleanliness standards and actively contribute to their ongoing maintenance
- Execute cash management duties and handle store opening and closing procedures as required
- Participate in inventory counts and support the employee training and performance evaluation processes
Requirements / Skills
