About the Role: Team Lead, Warehouse

As a Warehouse Team Lead at Dollarama, you’ll be responsible for planning and prioritizing activities within your assigned area, whether that’s reception, storage, or expedition. Responsibilities

In this supervisory warehouse role, you’ll be keeping your team aligned, your systems accurate, and your shift running efficiently. From data reporting in SAP to hands-on coaching, the responsibilities are varied and meaningful — here’s what a typical evening looks like:

• Plan and prioritize warehouse activities for your assigned area, including reception, storage, and expedition
• Lead team meetings to communicate the evening plan, covering lifts, trans-pallet drivers, and container assignments
• Run reports multiple times per shift to track action plans, identify gaps such as missing boxes, and manage pick and put priorities
• Issue CVP reports, communicate action plans, and set shift priorities for the evening team
• Conduct research on SAP as needed and resolve any discrepancies found in warehouse data
• Manage individual KPIs for your team, including CVP audits and follow-ups
• Develop evening action plans based on SAP data, incidents, and CVP meetings, then enter updates into UTRACK
• Promote Health and Safety best practices and ensure compliance with applicable norms
• Coach and develop team members to strengthen overall team performance
• Prepare and participate in transition meetings to ensure all key information is passed to the day shift
• Prepare picks for the following day and conduct audits on the CDI process

Requirements / Skills

Dollarama is looking for a candidate who brings real supervisory experience to the table and can lead with confidence in a high-volume distribution environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly across teams are essential — this is a role where both people skills and technical know-how matter.

• 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or similar operational environment
• Good knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to manage and monitor warehouse operations effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is a strong asset
• Strong communication and coaching skills to guide and develop team members on shift
• Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to deliver results under pressure
