About the Role: Team Lead, Warehouse

Responsibilities

In this supervisory warehouse role, you’ll be keeping your team aligned, your systems accurate, and your shift running efficiently. From data reporting in SAP to hands-on coaching, the responsibilities are varied and meaningful — here’s what a typical evening looks like:

  • Plan and prioritize warehouse activities for your assigned area, including reception, storage, and expedition
  • Lead team meetings to communicate the evening plan, covering lifts, trans-pallet drivers, and container assignments
  • Run reports multiple times per shift to track action plans, identify gaps such as missing boxes, and manage pick and put priorities
  • Issue CVP reports, communicate action plans, and set shift priorities for the evening team
  • Conduct research on SAP as needed and resolve any discrepancies found in warehouse data
  • Manage individual KPIs for your team, including CVP audits and follow-ups
  • Develop evening action plans based on SAP data, incidents, and CVP meetings, then enter updates into UTRACK
  • Promote Health and Safety best practices and ensure compliance with applicable norms
  • Coach and develop team members to strengthen overall team performance
  • Prepare and participate in transition meetings to ensure all key information is passed to the day shift
  • Prepare picks for the following day and conduct audits on the CDI process

Requirements / Skills
