Responsibilities

As a Team Lead in the Wrapping & Shipping department, your day will revolve around keeping operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. • Analyze floor operations and define priorities, allocating team resources — including staff, equipment, and maintenance — based on the operational needs of each shift

• Coordinate equipment availability by working with fleet management, carriers, and store supplies departments to ensure workers have what they need

• Ensure transaction integrity through regular and random audits, including 5S and cycle counts, to verify proper execution of all worker activities
• Support team productivity by analyzing performance reports and communicating relevant insights to individuals and the broader team
• Monitor workflow fluidity across the department, maintaining alignment with distribution, transport, and maintenance partners
• Control consumables and waste materials such as packaging plastics and wooden pallets, and coordinate receiving and delivery logistics
• Validate time sheets using the Dimensions platform and maintain accurate key operational reports
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and uphold quality procedures for the final product
