As a Supervisor – Settlement with FedEx Freight Canada in Mississauga, ON, you will be responsible for the coordination, processing, and monitoring of settlement processes for Independent Contractors and Cartage Agents using the CDAS system. This is a professional, full-time role focused on accuracy, compliance, and timely financial processing within the LTL freight environment.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure earnings, reimbursements, deductions, and reconciliations align with contractual agreements—while supervising staff, resolving issues, and maintaining strong controls across settlement operations.

About the role: Supervisor – Settlement

In this position, you’ll oversee weekly settlement processing, manage adjustments and variance reports, and ensure accurate data flow between ACCOPS and CDAS. You’ll perform audits, review error reports, and ensure discrepancies are resolved efficiently to maintain data integrity and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

You’ll also supervise and train employees on settlement programs, payment processing, and account reconciliation, while providing guidance and education to internal and external customers on CDAS processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process settlement adjustments for Independent Contractors and Cartage Agents
• Review daily error reports and ensure accurate data flow between ACCOPS and CDAS

• Conduct audits on variance reports, settlements, and accessorial charges

Requirements / Skills

• Post-secondary diploma
• 3+ years of business experience
• Knowledge of the LTL industry
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred; required in Quebec
• Ability to manage changing priorities and supervise teams effectively
