About the role: Supervisor – Settlement

Responsibilities

  • Review daily error reports and ensure accurate data flow between ACCOPS and CDAS
  • Process reimbursements and deductions, ensuring alignment with contractual rates
  • Perform weekly settlement processing and reconcile settlement-related accounts

Requirements / Skills

  • Post-secondary diploma
  • 3+ years of business experience
  • Knowledge of the LTL industry
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred; required in Quebec
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and supervise teams effectively
