Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the Supervisor supports daily operations of the central aisle and distribution team, optimizes resources and processes, and maintains a safe, positive work environment.

The successful candidate will assign team members based on priorities, monitor productivity, and uphold Dollarama’s values and ethics throughout the evening shift.

About the role: Distribution Centre Supervisor (Evening)

You will evaluate operational productivity of floor clerks, dispatchers, pallet sorters and team leaders, implementing action plans to address any discrepancies in planning and execution.

In this role, you’ll also promote occupational health & safety standards, coach and develop your team, ensure FIFO compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent
  • 2+ years in a similar supervisory role

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to interpret and act on KPI data
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail‑oriented and able to coordinate multiple activities in a fast‑paced environment
