Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be at the centre of store operations — coaching your team, engaging directly with customers, and ensuring that Apple’s business priorities and service standards are consistently met. The following responsibilities define the core of what this position involves on a day-to-day basis.

  • Lead and develop a diverse team by empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and retaining a high-performing team that reflects Apple’s commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Actively participate in Floor Leadership by engaging with team members and customers throughout the store, modelling best practices, and ensuring business priorities are met
  • Address escalations from customers and team members, partnering with leadership and People partners when appropriate
  • Drive store performance by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas
  • Maintain company policies and protect all confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information
  • Foster an inclusive environment by demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities and taking action to ensure all team members feel safe and respected
  • Model inclusive leadership behaviours and build, develop, and retain diverse teams

Requirements / Skills

  • Retail or sales leadership experience is required — prior experience managing others in a customer-facing environment
