Stocker – Costco – Sherbrooke, QC

Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. is hiring a Stocker at its Sherbrooke, QC location. In this role, you’ll be responsible for stocking merchandise, maintaining aisles, and assisting members to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly. This position is perfect for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Stocker, you will follow merchandising standards, restock items, and ensure the sales floor remains safe and accessible to members while providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role: Stocker

The Stocker plays a vital part in ensuring shelves are full, products are properly displayed, and aisles are clear and safe. You’ll also assist members with loading products, provide product knowledge, and ensure displays meet Costco’s high standards of safety and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Follow merchandising standards: align products, stock shelves, and return stray items.
• Coordinate with supervisors and managers to set stocking priorities.
• Prepare pallets by removing shrink-wrap/twine and rewrapping loose product as needed.
• Use pallet jacks to move merchandise and stack products efficiently.
• Create and maintain accurate product signage; use marking gun for unmarked items.
• Assemble and set up display models; modify displays for member safety.
• Operate cardboard bailer and trash compactor; clear sales floor of debris and empty pallets.
• Assist members courteously, including helping load large items into carts and providing product information.

Job Details

Requirements / Skills

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: None required.
• Skills: Ability to lift, move, and stock merchandise safely; attention to detail and teamwork.
• Quebec Note: Must be able to communicate in French (oral and written).
