About the Role: Stock Unloader Associate

As a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada, your primary focus is on the back-end operations of the store. You’ll prepare and reset the receiving area, unload and sort general merchandise trailers, complete live unloading of remaining merchandise, and pull pallets to the salesfloor for overnight processing. You’ll also label and place overstock merchandise and assist with stocking as needed.

Beyond the physical tasks, this role requires a strong commitment to workplace safety. You’ll follow company policies and procedures, complete safety sweep logs, and make sure displays and fixtures are secure. When the opportunity arises, you’ll also provide customer service on the salesfloor — so being approachable and helpful is key.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.25/hour, with the final rate determined based on relevant experience. • Uphold a safe and clean work environment through adherence to company policy, including completing safety sweep logs and securing displays and fixtures
