As a Senior Product Manager within SCOT, you’ll take full ownership of defining and delivering a product roadmap grounded in data-driven strategy. Amazon offers a competitive base salary range of $115,800 to $193,400 CAD annually for this position in Toronto. Total compensation may also include sign-on payments and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Responsibilities

Day-to-day, the Sr. Product Manager in this role will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. From shaping a long-term product roadmap to writing detailed business requirements and coordinating with engineering teams, each responsibility contributes to Amazon’s broader mission of supply chain excellence.

  • Define and own a prioritized product roadmap, ensuring initiatives are sequenced strategically and delivered at a high bar on schedule
  • Leverage SQL and analytical tools to extract actionable insights that directly inform product strategy and prioritization decisions
  • Write business requirements and build the case for project prioritization, working closely with tech teams to size and implement software solutions
  • Create executive buy-in by communicating a compelling strategic vision and roadmap across cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Partner across functions to drive high-priority strategic initiatives from inception to delivery
  • Influence and coach the broader organization on product management best practices
  • Support test automation within a Continuous Integration setup and contribute to multi-site development and deployment across multiple platforms

Requirements / Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or a technology-related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Roadmap strategy ownership — demonstrated experience driving roadmap definition from start to finish
  • End-to-end product delivery experience, including feature development and thoughtful trade-off decisions
  • Technology product ownership — direct experience managing and delivering technology-based products
  • SQL proficiency and strong data analysis skills — essential for deriving insights that guide strategy
  • Influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights (preferred)
  • Cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders across diverse teams (preferred)
