Sr. Product Manager, Alexa Canada – Amazon – Toronto, ON
Location: Toronto, ON | Company: Amazon
If you’re energized by artificial intelligence, generative AI, and the future of ambient computing, Amazon has an exciting leadership opportunity waiting for you in Toronto. The Amazon Alexa International team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the expansion of Alexa+ across Canada — a role that puts you at the centre of one of the most ambitious consumer technology initiatives in the country.
This is a rare chance to own the end-to-end Canadian customer experience for Alexa across devices like Echo and FireTV, serving both English and French-speaking Canadians. You’ll blend business strategy, product definition, and program delivery — working alongside engineering, marketing, content, legal, and business development teams to bring world-class experiences to Canadian customers.
About the Role: Senior Product Manager, Alexa Canada
As the Senior Product Manager for Alexa Canada, you’ll define user needs, close feature gaps, and build creative, high-quality product roadmaps grounded in team strategy and vision. You’ll translate broad strategic direction into crisp, actionable plans — writing detailed business requirements and user stories that guide product specifications and architecture. From beta testing and leadership presentations to customer launch, you’ll track every step of the product lifecycle with precision and ownership.
Success in this role demands comfort with ambiguity and the ability to operate across all levels of the organization. You’ll manage cross-functional partnerships with solution architects, engineers, marketers, and legal teams, while continuously monitoring customer experience performance, identifying improvement areas, and proactively resolving strategic blockers that could impede team goals. The Alexa Canada team’s mission — delivering products that are locally relevant and genuinely delightful — will be something you champion every day.

The base salary range is $115,800 to $193,400 CAD annually, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location.
