Responsibilities

In this senior-level sales role, you’ll be managing the full lifecycle of national account relationships — from initial outreach and needs analysis through to proposal development, performance reviews, and ongoing retention. The breadth of this role means no two days are exactly alike, and your ability to prioritize and execute across a complex portfolio will be central to your success.

  • Initiate and maintain scheduled contact with assigned customers at multiple organizational levels
  • Analyse customer needs and activity using complex sales and service solutions tailored to each account
  • Inform and sell new DHL products, programs, and services to existing accounts
  • Target and secure strategic long-lane business opportunities
  • Facilitate annual uprates and manage customer margins, volumes, and suppressions per company standards
  • Identify and secure automated shipping system opportunities at customer sites
  • Develop and present proposals, quotes, and scheduled customer performance reviews
  • Maintain comprehensive customer profiles and ensure CRM database is up to date for Enterprise sales
  • Act as liaison between the customer and internal company resources, engaging appropriate personnel as needed
  • Update management on competitive activity and complete all required sales reports
  • Achieve established sales revenue quotas and KPIs

Requirements / Skills
