About the Role: Sr HR Representative

As a Senior HR Representative at DHL Supply Chain, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to both hourly and exempt associates while partnering directly with senior management. Responsibilities

This role covers a broad range of strategic and operational HR functions, requiring you to be equally comfortable advising in a boardroom and supporting associates on the floor. From managing compliance audits to coaching managers on difficult conversations, your work will directly shape the culture and effectiveness of DHL’s supply chain operations.

  • Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on people-related matters and organizational impact
  • Advocate for associates at all levels — both hourly and exempt — serving as a trusted counsel throughout their employment experience
  • Drive site culture initiatives to foster a positive, productive work environment aligned with company values
  • Manage internal investigations as required, ensuring fair and thorough processes
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable HR regulations, policies, and employment laws
  • Train managers in key areas including interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance reviews, safety, and harassment prevention
  • Oversee staffing, succession planning, and associate programs to meet operational and long-term business needs
  • Administer compensation and benefits systems, processes, and related employee communications
  • Implement and monitor training and development activities for effectiveness across the site
  • Maintain accurate data in the HRMS system and support audit activities for HR policy compliance
  • Support the annual EOS process by administering action planning and performance management compliance

Requirements / Skills

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR professional with a well-rounded background in human resources, strong knowledge of employment law, and a proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization.   • BS/BA degree in Human Resources or a related field, OR a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience (required)
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline (preferred)
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification (preferred)
  • Experience partnering with senior management to provide strategic HR counsel (required)
  • Proven track record in leading organizational change initiatives
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and using data to inform people decisions
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and current HR best practices (required)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organization
