As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive on the Nonprofit team, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of large nonprofit organizations, balancing growth within existing accounts alongside new business development. Benefits and Salary

This position offers a base salary range of $127,700 to $172,400 CAD annually for the Toronto location. As part of Amazon’s total compensation package, additional elements may include sign-on payments and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life and AD&D), a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and additional resources to support health and well-being.

Responsibilities

The day-to-day work of a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Amazon Business spans strategic territory planning, executive relationship building, and complex deal management. Requirements / Skills

Amazon Business is looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional who thrives in a consultative selling environment and has a genuine interest in supporting the nonprofit sector. The ideal candidate brings a hunter mentality alongside the relationship-building skills needed to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts over the long term.

  • 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience with a focus on hunting new business (7+ years preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across varying levels of customer engagement
  • Experience selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers across different market segments
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes is a strong asset
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Customer-facing communication skills, including leading in-person or virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions
  • Demonstrated success growing a nonprofit customer account portfolio is a significant advantage
