FedEx Express Canada is looking for a skilled Sr. Broker Quality at its Mississauga office (5550 Explorer Drive, ON). This role focuses on reviewing, monitoring, and documenting performance standards for GTS entries and customer databases to ensure compliance with FedEx clearance procedures and regulatory requirements.
The Sr. Broker Quality will provide customs regulations expertise to both internal teams and external customers. This includes guidance on Canadian and International Customs Regulations, especially when processing low-value (LVS) and high-value (HVS) entries.
About the Role: Sr. Broker Quality
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in customs clearance procedures. You will work with internal teams to maintain quality levels in database management while applying your knowledge of tariff laws, valuation policies, and international documentation.
The role also requires technical expertise in customs legislation, agriculture, food, drug regulations, and other related government policies. You will act as a subject matter expert and support compliance processes across departments.

Requirements / Skills
- Education: College diploma or equivalent.
- Certification: Certified Canadian Customs Specialist (CSS) designation required (must be maintained annually).
- Experience: 2 years as a GTS Sr. Broker or equivalent external experience.
- Knowledge: Canadian and International Customs regulations, tariff and valuation laws, food and drug, agriculture, and agency clearance requirements.
- Skills: Excellent math skills, data entry (25 wpm preferred), computer literacy, basic Excel.
- Language: Quebec applicants must be bilingual (English & French).
