Amazon Canada is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Account Manager to join its Devices Account Management team. This position focuses on building and managing partnerships with non-Amazon retailers to expand the availability of Amazon’s devices and accessories in physical stores. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers can experience Alexa, Echo, and other Amazon devices first-hand through innovative retail and marketing strategies.
This role offers the opportunity to shape how Amazon’s device ecosystem connects with customers in the real world. You will anticipate market needs, craft creative promotional strategies, and develop long-term partnerships that drive both growth and customer engagement.
About the role: Sr. Account Manager, Offline Sales & Marketing
As part of Amazon’s Offline Sales and Marketing team, you will manage relationships across multiple channels, including Consumer Electronics, Office, Specialty Retail, Grocery/Drug, and Telco. The position focuses on sales strategy, marketing activation, and business development across Canada.
Your responsibilities will include negotiating trading terms, managing distributors, leading internal and external business reviews, and driving data-based decision-making. You’ll also be responsible for forecasting, sales planning, and optimizing marketing funds to support Amazon’s growing device portfolio.
