About the Role: Shift Supervisor

This position places you in a key leadership role within the restaurant. Responsibilities

As a Shift Supervisor, your day-to-day will involve a mix of people leadership, operational oversight, and customer service excellence. Every shift is different, and your ability to delegate, communicate, and problem-solve will be put to good use across all of these responsibilities.

• Train and monitor team members on food safety procedures to ensure compliance at all times
• Act as Cash Manager as needed, including setting up cash registers at open and verifying cash at close
• Conduct walk-throughs to confirm the restaurant is ready to open, close, or handle a rush
• Supervise and delegate daily operations tasks while ensuring all Company policies are followed
• Collaborate with Restaurant Management to train, develop, and communicate with team members in ways that improve retention
• Maintain proper coverage by assisting with team member scheduling to meet customer service standards
• Identify efficiencies and opportunities to optimize operations and maximize restaurant profitability
• Resolve guest-related issues promptly and professionally to uphold Tim Hortons’ high service standards

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate for this Shift Supervisor role is someone who’s comfortable taking charge, communicating clearly, and keeping calm under pressure. • Availability to work 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, including weekends — this schedule is a firm requirement
• Leadership skills with the ability to direct, motivate, and develop a team in a high-energy environment
• Customer service focus — a genuine commitment to exceeding guest expectations on every shift
• Operational awareness — comfortable managing cash, scheduling, and restaurant readiness procedures
• Communication and teamwork — ability to work effectively with restaurant management and team members
• Currently residing in Canada — applicants must be living in Canada to be considered; no LMIA or rural stream available
