About the role: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you will perform both basic and advanced diagnostics, collaborate with your team to maximize efficiency, and ensure exceptional vehicle delivery to customers. This includes performing detailed inspections, maintaining shop equipment, and assisting in vehicle cleaning and preparation.

You’ll also engage in continuous improvement by providing direct feedback to Tesla’s engineering teams, supporting process enhancements, and ensuring every service location upholds Tesla’s industry-leading standards. Requirements / Skills

• Ability to adapt to new automotive technologies and manage multiple priorities.
• Section 609 Refrigerant handling certification (preferred).
• Demonstrated safety-first attitude.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic command of English and proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, online training).
• Strong teamwork, customer service orientation, and attention to detail.
