About the Role: Service Deli Clerk

As a Service Deli Clerk, your day centres around preparing, cooking, packaging, and presenting a wide variety of deli items. Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize equipment by disassembling, spraying with cleaning agents, and washing parts in a 3-compartment or power soak sink
  • Complete daily documentation including production forms, time and temperature records, and sanitation checklists
  • Restock ingredients and supplies in the prep area, and assist in other department areas as needed

Requirements / Skills
