Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you’ll be the central point of contact for Grocery and Fulfillment Optimization colleagues, ensuring priorities and progress are communicated effectively. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of Amazon’s grocery delivery operations.
- Serve as the single point of contact for Grocery and Fulfillment Optimization colleagues regarding priorities and progress.
- Write working-backwards documents and BRDs for technical audiences.
- Facilitate the technical implementation of projects across engineering teams.
- Negotiate priorities, scope, and resources on behalf of Fulfillment Optimization.
- Provide consultative guidance for Grocery colleagues addressing customer inquiries.
