Responsibilities

This role is as dynamic as it is strategic. On any given day, you might be translating a complex AI solution into a CFO-ready business case, coordinating a multi-team program review, or leading an executive co-innovation summit. These responsibilities collectively ensure your clients extract maximum value from their AWS cloud investments and transform their organizations from the inside out.

  • Drive measurable outcomes by leading cloud and AI transformation engagements, accelerating value realization across migration, adoption, and strategic technology launches
  • Identify and remove systemic barriers that stall financial institutions on their transformation journeys, helping clients build governance, operating models, and data infrastructure for sustainable progress
  • Initiate and lead executive-level engagements, co-innovation sessions, and strategic summits, expanding relationships across Lines of Business, Product, and Technology at VP level and above
  • Provide program-wide visibility and coordination across multiple workstreams, applying structured delivery mechanisms and measurement frameworks to ensure clients realize the full value of their AWS investment
  • Develop repeatable mechanisms and contribute to internal enablement, mentoring peers to raise the standard for how AWS delivers customer success in Canada
  • Align cross-functional AWS teams including Sales, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, and Partners to deliver a cohesive client experience
  • Maintain direct relationships with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders at client organizations, serving as the primary point of accountability
