Senior Analyst, Program Management – Walmart – Mississauga, ON

Walmart Canada is hiring a Senior Analyst, Program Management in Mississauga, Ontario. About the Role

As a Senior Analyst, Program Management, you will play a key role in shaping Walmart Canada’s omnichannel supply chain strategy. Your responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, performing in-depth business analysis, and using data-driven insights to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement across both brick-and-mortar and eCommerce operations.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic initiatives, track project progress, and ensure financial and operational impacts are integrated into decision-making. By preparing presentations for senior leadership and supporting the creation of business cases, your work will directly influence Walmart’s ability to deliver value, improve the customer experience, and strengthen operational efficiency across Canada.
