About the role: Self Checkout Attendant
In this role, you will support customers as they use self-checkout lanes, helping them scan items, answer questions, and complete transactions. You will observe customer activity to determine when assistance or intervention is needed, and you’ll politely explain any quality checks or verification steps to ensure accuracy and store standards.
You will also maintain a clean and organized workspace, respond to equipment and cash-related needs, and follow safety and loss-prevention procedures. Strong communication and customer service skills are key to success in this position.
