Federal Express Corporation Canada (FedEx) is hiring a Seasonal Courier-1 (Driver) at 2400 Sheffield Road, Ottawa, ON. This is a temporary part-time position for up to 12 weeks, based on operational needs. As a Courier, you’ll ensure safe and timely package delivery, maintain compliance with FedEx service standards, and provide exceptional customer service while representing the company in a professional manner.

About the role: Seasonal Courier-1
As a Seasonal Courier, you will handle pick-up and delivery of packages, ensure shipments meet service requirements, and use computerized tracking systems for accuracy. You’ll also interact with customers, answer service-related questions, and ensure all paperwork and labelling are precise. Couriers must operate vehicles safely and efficiently while maintaining the company’s professional image.
Responsibilities also include route planning, package inspection, and supporting FedEx operations with scanning, loading, and unloading tasks as needed. You may also be asked to identify sales leads and inform the sales team of market changes.
