About the role: Seasonal Cargo Handler (Non-Driver)

As a Seasonal Cargo Handler, you’ll be responsible for loading and unloading freight, operating scanning equipment, and organizing packages for timely distribution. You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining efficiency during FedEx’s busy seasonal operations while following all safety and security procedures.

This position requires physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment. You’ll also need to complete basic and recurrency training and comply with company and federal safety standards.

Benefits and Salary

This is a seasonal position with an hourly wage of $21.00. The role runs for up to 12 weeks on the afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM (end time may vary depending on volume). Requirements / Skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs with equipment

• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations (an asset)
