About the Role: Revenue Recovery Package Handler

Working in UPS’s Caledon operations hub, the Revenue Recovery Package Handler is responsible for accurately scanning, weighing, and dimensioning packages using approved systems such as NSDS, DWS, and handheld scanners. You’ll identify and correct billing discrepancies — from incorrect weights and dimensions to missing service data — ensuring every package is processed in line with UPS revenue recovery procedures and audit standards.

You’ll work closely with Operations staff, Clerks, and Supervisors to report exceptions, system issues, or damaged packages, while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities

• Scan, weigh, and dimension packages accurately using approved systems including NSDS, DWS, and handheld scanners
• Identify and correct billing discrepancies such as incorrect weights, dimensions, service levels, or missing data
• Process packages in compliance with UPS revenue recovery procedures and audit standards
• Maintain high data accuracy and attention to detail to support overall revenue integrity
• Safely handle packages by lifting, moving, pushing, and positioning them following UPS safety methods and ergonomics guidelines
• Communicate effectively with Operations, Clerks, and Supervisors regarding exceptions or system issues
• Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and valid scan targets on a consistent basis
• Report damaged packages, irregulars, or system issues promptly to the appropriate team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Comply with all company policies, safety rules, and security procedures
