Responsibilities
The day-to-day work of a CMM Quality Technician at Tesla is a blend of technical programming, precision inspection, and analytical thinking. Requirements / Skills

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience in a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating and programming CMMs in a machine shop environment

- Proficiency with precision tools including micrometers, bore gages, height gages, and profile projectors
- Familiarity with CMM software such as MCosmos, CAT1000, MiCAT Planner, or PolyWorks is considered an asset
- Ability to interpret and analyse inspection data to assess accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs as required by the role
