About the role: Production Team Member (Baker)
In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing quality baked goods and prepared foods, following recipes and food preparation standards to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction. You’ll use kitchen equipment safely and in accordance with operating guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
As a Team Member, you’ll also interact with guests, making their day better through excellent service and care. Success in this position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

⏰ Availability: Must live downtown and be available Saturdays 2:30 AM–10:30 AM, and Sundays 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Requirements / Skills
- Must live in downtown Winnipeg.
- Availability for required weekend shifts (Saturday early morning, Sunday morning–afternoon).
- Ability to follow Tim Hortons standards for quality, food safety, and equipment use.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and excellent guest service skills.
- Previous food service or bakery experience is an asset but not required.
