Walmart Canada is hiring a Produce Department Manager in Montreal, QC. As a key leader in store operations, you’ll oversee the Produce Department, guiding associates, maintaining product standards, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. About the role: Produce Department Manager

The Produce Department Manager leads all department associates, ensuring compliance with Walmart’s Store Within A Store (SWAS) programs, merchandising standards, and replenishment strategies. Responsibilities include receiving and rotating merchandise, handling claims and returns, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Customer interaction is central to this role—you’ll greet shoppers, assist with purchase decisions, and ensure displays are well-stocked and visually appealing. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential to balancing team management with day-to-day operations.
