As a Preloader at UPS Concord, your day-to-day will revolve around keeping the warehouse running efficiently. Benefits and Salary

The starting wage is $18.50/hr with automatic progression under the existing Union Collective Agreement (reaching a top rate of $36.53/hr after 48 months). Pay is issued weekly via direct deposit every Friday. Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per semester (subject to eligibility), paid training, personal paid days off, and 2 weeks of paid vacation after 1 year of service (scaling up to 6 weeks after 25 years). After one year, employees gain access to extended health care benefits covering vision, health, life insurance, and dental. Responsibilities

Every shift at UPS Concord keeps the package delivery network moving on time. As a Preloader, you’ll play a direct role in ensuring parcels reach the right vehicles and trailers efficiently and safely — accuracy and physical readiness are key to success in this role.

Requirements / Skills
