About the Role: People Business Partner Leader

Benefits and Salary

The base pay range for this role is $188,300 to $282,400 CAD, with your actual pay depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In Ontario, qualified candidates can expect a hiring rate up to the midpoint of the range, with exceptional candidates potentially earning up to the maximum. Beyond base salary, Apple offers a comprehensive total compensation package that includes eligibility for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan at a discount, and potential discretionary bonuses or commission. Benefits include comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, discounts on Apple products and services, and tuition reimbursement for qualifying educational expenses. Relocation assistance may also be available for this role.

  • Develop organizational talent through mentoring, feedback, stretch assignments, and structured development pathways
  • Assess organizational effectiveness across all aspects of the employee lifecycle in collaboration with key People team partners
  • Operate as an influential member of the Canada Leadership team, contributing a people perspective to business decisions
  • Anticipate risks and shape strategy by understanding internal and external business trends and translating them into actionable people plans
  • Build inclusive, high-performing teams by establishing common goals, encouraging open dialogue, and fostering a genuine sense of belonging

Requirements / Skills

Apple is looking for a senior HR leader who combines deep strategic thinking with the interpersonal credibility to influence at the executive level. You bring a track record of delivering people programs that move the needle on culture, capability, and business performance — and you thrive in complex, ambiguous environments.

  • 12+ years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, with demonstrated impact at a senior level
  • Proven people leadership skills, with experience managing and developing HR teams
  • Ability to connect people initiatives to strategic objectives, creating alignment and measurable impact
  • Resilience and drive to see initiatives through to full potential, even in the face of ambiguity or setbacks
  • Forward-looking mindset — the ability to anticipate organizational needs while managing present-day priorities
  • Bilingual in French and English is a preferred asset for this Canada-wide role
  • Organizational agility — skilled at connecting people across all levels to drive what matters most
