• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by greeting customers warmly and fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare quality bakery and food items according to Tim Hortons standards to ensure consistency every time
• Communicate effectively with fellow team members to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in line with food safety and workplace health guidelines
• Multitask across various station duties as required throughout a shift
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by demonstrating a strong work ethic and reliability
