About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you’ll be responsible for assembling and packaging online grocery and retail orders to the highest standards. You’ll work across various temperature areas of the store, carefully selecting fresh, undamaged products and packing them in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality at every step. Accurate documentation — from pick slips to shipping labels — is a key part of the job.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $16.65 per hour, with rates determined based on relevant experience. Responsibilities

• Pick and assemble online orders from various temperature zones with care, quality, and on-time delivery in mind

• Ensure product quality by selecting undamaged, fresh items at every step of the fulfillment process
• Document and label all orders correctly by interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels
• Optimize tote packing in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product integrity throughout
• Balance fulfillment duties with customer service interactions, helping to resolve issues as they arise
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean work area and cleaning up spills immediately
• Operate material handling equipment safely, completing all required pre-inspection checks before use
• Participate in continuous improvement by suggesting operational, productivity, and safety enhancements
