Package Delivery Driver – UPS – Garden City, NY (USA) – $23.00/hour
UPS is looking for motivated and physically active individuals to join our team as Package Delivery Drivers in Garden City, NY. As the face of UPS, you’ll be driving our iconic brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to homes and businesses in your area. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors, love being on the road, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position located at 300 Oak Street, Garden City, NY. You will work 8-9.5 hours per day from Tuesday to Saturday, depending on the business needs. Take the opportunity to be part of a team that delivers more than just packages – we deliver what matters.
About the Role
As a Package Delivery Driver, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, driving our trucks to deliver packages of all shapes and sizes to our customers. You’ll need to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform, ensuring that you represent the brand professionally. Full-time drivers work eight to ten hours per day, contributing significantly to our mission of providing top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive UPS brown trucks to deliver packages to homes and businesses.
- Lift, load, and unload packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Follow UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
- Adhere to designated routes, schedules, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (no CDL required; license type varies by state).
- Pass the DOT physical exam.
- Excellent customer service and driving skills.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and be physically active throughout the shift.
