About the role: Overnight Lead Department Manager

As an Overnight Lead Department Manager, you will provide direction and coordinate overnight stocking based on priorities from the Overnight Assistant Manager and Daytime Management Team. You will assess overall merchandise presentation, note deficiencies for corrective action, and execute merchandising display changes where required to maintain a compliant, attractive store environment.

You will ensure defective merchandise is handled appropriately, take responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager, inspect assigned areas for compliance, and participate in training and development of overnight associates to achieve production results. This position requires an eye for detail and strong team leadership during overnight hours.

Requirements / Skills

Leadership & Overnight Operations: Ability to lead and coordinate overnight stocking team, assess merchandise presentation, and execute display changes. Strong attention to detail in assessing store appearance and identifying corrective actions. Comfortable taking responsibility for safety and security in absence of management during overnight hours.

Training & Compliance: Experience or willingness to participate in training and development of overnight associates, inspect premises for compliance with safety guidelines, and handle defective merchandise according to policy.
