About the Role: Overnight Associate

The core of this position involves receiving and processing merchandise through to the sales floor during overnight hours. You’ll be part of a team that works together to strategically plan and execute tasks based on the workload for each shift. From unloading trailers and pulling pallets to labelling products and stocking shelves, every task you complete helps the store open smoothly each morning.

A key part of this role — and what sets it apart from day and evening shifts — is the stronger emphasis on backroom organization, including labelling and placing merchandise in the correct bins. You’re also expected to contribute to a safe and hazard-free work environment by following company policies and completing required safety logs.

Benefits and Salary

This position starts at a minimum rate of $18.25 per hour. Responsibilities

• Label the sales floor to ensure everything is clearly marked before opening
• Provide customer service if customers are present during overnight hours
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies and completing safety sweep logs
