Overnight Associate – Walmart Canada – Mississauga, ON

As an Overnight Associate with Walmart Canada in Mississauga, ON, you’ll play a key role in preparing the store for opening by supporting the overnight flow of merchandise from receiving to the sales floor. This is a hands-on, overnight retail role focused on unloading trailers, pulling pallets, labelling, and stocking merchandise in a safe, clean, and organized environment.

You’ll work as part of a team to plan and execute overnight tasks based on workload and operational priorities, ensuring the store is ready for customers each morning.

In this position, you’ll support overnight operations by unloading merchandise, pulling pallets to and from the sales floor, placing and labelling items in backroom bins, and assisting with stocking as needed. Compared to day or evening roles, this position places a stronger emphasis on labelling and backroom binning, along with preparing the sales floor for store opening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening
• Unload trailers and complete live unloading of merchandise
• Pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
• Set, merchandise, and sign features
• Label merchandise and place items into backroom bins and stocking locations
• Assist with stocking the sales floor as assigned
• Provide customer service if needed during overnight hours
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment
• Follow Walmart policies and procedures, including safety sweep logs and securing displays and fixtures

• Ability to follow procedures related to safety, merchandising, and inventory flow
