Responsibilities

Requirements / Skills

  • College degree required as a foundational qualification for this supervisory position
  • 2 years of FedEx sort operations or senior-level hourly experience, OR 2 years of supervisory experience in a related industry
  • Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record (two or fewer violations/accidents in the past 24 months)
  • Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs using appropriate equipment
  • DG (Dangerous Goods) certification eligibility — ability to complete and maintain all required training and recurrency requirements
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively in time-sensitive situations
  • EXCEL Leadership Development Stream participation is considered an asset
