About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Cargo Handlers in safe and efficient package handling.

Qualifications
- College degree required.
- 2+ years of FedEx sort operations or supervisory experience in a related industry.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- EXCEL Leadership Development Stream preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and empower a team.
