About the Role: Operations Supervisor – Distribution

As an Operations Supervisor, your day-to-day focus will be on leading a diverse team of warehouse associates, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Benefits and Salary

Requirements / Skills

DHL is looking for candidates who bring a combination of operational experience and genuine leadership ability. The ideal candidate is someone who knows how to balance the demands of a fast-paced logistics environment with the people-first mindset that makes teams thrive.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in an operations lead, supervisor, or management role (preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in the logistics industry (preferred)
• Staff management skills including workload planning, objective setting, and organizational ability (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate frontline teams in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong communication skills with a track record of building collaborative, inclusive work cultures
