Responsible for performing the clerical and administrative functions for hub and station operational areas, you will support linehaul coordination, records management, quality assurance, and customer service. You will tend to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages in a timely manner to optimize delivery time and serve as a customer’s first line of contact for various issues.
This Part Time, Regular role in Facility Operations requires strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced distribution center environment. You will perform data entry, handle phone and email inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation to achieve daily assignments and goals.
About the role: Operations Administrator II
As an Operations Administrator II, you will perform clerical and administrative support across hub and station operations, including linehaul support, records management, and quality assurance tasks. You will tend to damaged or misaddressed packages promptly, optimizing delivery processes and maintaining high standards in package handling.
You will serve as a first line of contact for customers and internal teams, responding to inquiries professionally. Your role includes typing, data entry and review, use of Microsoft Office and web-based applications, and supporting fast-paced operational workflows. Experience in dock operations or distribution center settings is preferred but not required.

Requirements / Skills
Core Administrative & Customer Service Skills: High School Diploma or GED required. Two (2) years of customer service, clerical, or related experience required; distribution center or dock operations experience preferred. You will perform typing, data entry and review, and use phone, copier, fax, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications.
Time Management & Accuracy: Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills are necessary to handle various tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and accuracy is critical to meet daily assignments and quality assurance standards.
