About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you’ll work through the full cycle of online order processing — from pulling products off shelves across different temperature areas, to carefully packing orders in space-efficient totes, to correctly labelling and documenting everything using pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels. Attention to detail is essential: you’ll need to distinguish between similar-named products, verify exact quantities, and confirm correct product codes before every order goes out.

Beyond the physical picking and packing work, this role also calls for a strong commitment to food hygiene and workplace safety. You’ll be expected to keep your work area clean, handle spills immediately, perform safety pre-inspection checks on material handling equipment, and uphold Walmart’s standards at all times. Benefits and Salary

This position starts at a minimum rate of $16.15 per hour.
