About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, your primary mission is to pick and pack online grocery delivery orders with accuracy and care. This means selecting products from various temperature areas, verifying quantities, confirming correct product codes, and making sure every tote is packed efficiently and safely. You’ll also be responsible for labelling orders using pick slips, shipping labels, and other documentation.

Safety and food hygiene standards are a central part of this position. You’ll be expected to maintain a clean work area, perform safety pre-inspection checks on material handling equipment, and immediately address any spills or debris. Candidates must be 19 years of age or older and will have completed training to handle alcohol products as part of this role.
