About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, your core responsibility is to ensure that online orders are picked and packed efficiently, accurately, and safely. You’ll navigate various temperature zones throughout the store, selecting the freshest and highest-quality products for each order. Attention to detail is essential — from verifying product codes and quantities to correctly labelling and documenting every order using pick slips and shipping labels.
