As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, your primary focus is ensuring that online customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You’ll pick products from various areas of the store — including temperature-controlled sections — and pack them with careful attention to detail, distinguishing between similar items, confirming correct quantities, and verifying product codes. Quality control is central to the job: you’ll only select undamaged, fresh products that meet Walmart’s standards.

Beyond order fulfillment, this role involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, operating material handling equipment responsibly, and completing pre-inspection safety checks before use. Benefits and Salary

This role is all about accuracy, efficiency, and quality in fulfilling online customer orders. From the moment you receive a pick slip to the moment an order is packed and labelled, every step matters. Here’s what you can expect to be doing on a regular basis:

• Pick and assemble customer orders from various temperature zones with speed and care to meet on-time delivery targets
• Pack orders accurately by distinguishing between similar products, verifying quantities, and confirming correct product codes
• Inspect product quality to ensure only undamaged, fresh items are selected for customer orders
• Document and label all orders correctly using pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels
• Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently without compromising product integrity
• Balance fulfillment tasks with customer service interactions, helping to resolve issues as they come up
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including cleaning spills immediately, ensuring totes are debris-free before packing, and performing pre-inspection checks on material handling equipment
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity, safety, or quality standards
