About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate
As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, your primary focus is ensuring that online orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and in line with Walmart Canada’s high standards. You’ll be responsible for selecting products from across the store, packing them correctly, and making sure every order reaches the customer on time and in excellent condition. This role requires sharp attention to detail, the ability to distinguish between similar products, and a commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.

Benefits and Salary
The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $16.15 per hour, with the actual rate determined based on relevant experience. Responsibilities
Day to day, this role is all about moving quickly and accurately through the order fulfillment process while keeping quality and customer satisfaction front of mind. From picking products across multiple temperature zones to properly labelling and packing orders, every task contributes directly to on-time delivery and a positive customer experience.
- Pick and assemble online orders from various temperature areas with speed, care, and quality standards in mind
- Pack orders accurately by distinguishing between similar products, verifying exact quantities, and confirming correct product codes
- Select only the highest-quality products — no damaged items, always choosing the freshest available
- Document and label all orders correctly using pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels
- Optimize tote fill by packing efficiently while maintaining product integrity throughout
- Balance fulfillment duties with customer interactions, supporting shoppers and resolving issues as they arise
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, clean up spills immediately, and ensure all totes are debris-free before packing
- Operate material handling equipment safely and complete all pre-inspection checks before each use
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting changes to procedures, safety practices, and operational efficiencies
