About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you play a key part in delivering a seamless online shopping experience for Walmart customers. You’ll navigate the store efficiently to assemble orders on time, pack them with care, and ensure every order meets Walmart’s quality standards. Attention to detail is essential — from distinguishing between similar products to verifying quantities and product codes.

Safety and food hygiene compliance are central to this role. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean work area, properly operating material handling equipment, and following all safety protocols. You’ll also interact with customers when needed, helping resolve any fulfillment-related questions and contributing to a positive in-store experience.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum starting wage for this position is $18.00 per hour, with the rate of pay determined based on relevant experience. • Pick and assemble online orders from various temperature zones accurately and on time
• Pack orders with close attention to detail, verifying quantities, product codes, and distinguishing between similar items
• Ensure product quality by selecting undamaged, fresh items for every order
• Label and document orders correctly using pick slips, shipping labels, and packaging instructions
• Optimize tote packing in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product integrity
• Balance fulfillment duties with customer interactions, helping resolve issues as they arise
• Adhere to safety and food hygiene standards, keeping work areas clean and completing all equipment safety pre-checks
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to procedures, productivity, and quality standards
