About the Role: Night Associate

As a Night Associate at Walmart Canada, your primary focus is on receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise during overnight hours. You’ll help prepare the sales floor for store opening by unloading trailers, moving pallets, and placing products in the appropriate backroom bins or directly onto the floor. Setting features, signing displays, and labelling shelving are also key parts of the position.

Unlike day or evening fulfillment roles, this position places a stronger emphasis on labelling and backroom binning. You’ll work as part of a team to strategically plan and execute tasks based on workload and operational priorities. Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment is essential, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring all displays and fixtures are secure.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay starts at $18.25 per hour, with the final rate determined based on relevant experience.
