Night Associate – Walmart – Rivière-du-Loup, QC

Walmart Canada’s store in Rivière-du-Loup, Québec is looking for a Night Associate to join their overnight team on a temporary (fixed term) basis. As a Night Associate, you’ll be at the centre of the store’s overnight operations — from unloading trailers and pulling pallets to stocking merchandise and labelling the sales floor before doors open. It’s hands-on, physical work that plays a direct role in the daily success of the store.

About the Role: Night Associate

The Night Associate position at Walmart Rivière-du-Loup focuses on the flow of merchandise from the loading dock to the sales floor. You’ll be part of a close-knit overnight crew that plans and executes tasks based on the evening’s workload, ensuring every aisle is set and every product is in place before the store opens.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment. You’ll be expected to follow company policies and procedures, complete safety sweep logs, and ensure all displays and fixtures are secure throughout your shift.

This position starts at a minimum rate of $18.25 per hour. • Prepare the sales floor for store opening each morning
• Set, merchandise, and sign features throughout the store
• Unload trailers and complete live unloading of various merchandise types
• Pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
• Label backroom bins and place merchandise accurately for efficient retrieval
• Stock the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service when needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to company policy, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring fixtures are secure
