Mobile Service Technician – Tesla – Ottawa, ON

Tesla is hiring a Mobile Service Technician in Ottawa, Ontario. About the Role

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will execute a wide range of diagnostic and repair work directly on Tesla vehicles, often at the customer’s location. You’ll maximize efficiency by collaborating with team members, providing vehicle cleaning and detailing, and ensuring top-quality service delivery. Beyond repairs, you’ll play a key role in feeding back insights to Tesla’s engineering and design teams to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements / Skills

• Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and follow detailed instructions
• Section 609 Refrigerant handling certification (preferred)
• Evidence of a safety-first attitude
• Basic English language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and web applications
• Valid driver’s license (required)
