Member Service Assistant – Costco – Vaughan, ON
Location: Ontario | Company: Costco Wholesale
Located at 55 New Huntington Rd in Vaughan, Ontario, Costco is looking for a Member Service Assistant to join their warehouse team. This front-line role puts you at the heart of the member experience — welcoming people as they arrive, ensuring safety standards are met throughout the day, and making sure every member leaves satisfied.

From verifying membership cards at the entrance to conducting hourly safety inspections on foot and by vehicle, no two hours look quite the same.
About the Role: Member Service Assistant
As a Member Service Assistant, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for members visiting the warehouse. You’ll greet members warmly at entry, verify their membership, keep entrance and exit areas tidy, and use a handheld counter to track foot traffic — reporting half-hourly counts to the Front End team. At the exit, you’ll check member receipts against merchandise to maintain accuracy and resolve any concerns quickly and courteously.
Safety and security are central to this role. You’ll conduct hourly warehouse and perimeter checks on foot and in your personal vehicle, identify and correct hazards like spills or blocked exits, complete inspection forms, and attend warehouse safety meetings. You’ll also monitor sensitive activities such as armored vehicle pickups and closing procedures, reporting any concerns to the duty manager or authorities when necessary.
